Mine started working after updating both phone and watch. Then go to watch app on phone and click on Heart menu item. The click enable, and it will show instructions on how to activate on watch.

I updated to watch os 6.2.8 and my phone is on ios 14 beta and it does not work, I suspect it because of the ios 14 beta.

You are correct. A colleague of mine also tried that combination and it didn't work.

Yes it is available - just updated apple watch series 4 and ios on iPhone

Just updated to IOS 14 beta 3 and boom ecg app finally working.
