I want to become a reseller to sell ADSL accounts, how can I do

Or u can resell ISP products, they might have interesting packages to offer for reseller and are probably easier to contact for reselling, but I think the prices might be slightly higher.
Just go to the websites of each company and they'll give u an email address for wholesale of their products.
Like neotel's got one, webafrica got one etc etc.
Look around and good luck
