Residential property to soar

shack=bad
towerblock= bad (proved by other countries, no need to repeat mistakes)

out of the frying pan and into the fire doesnt make much sense to me right now.

search for third solution...
Manhattan styled apartments worked fine... I'm just speculating that this is what the government will be left with.

My solution would be large scale Kibbutz type systems for the unemployed.

people who snap up these 50K properties are gonna be smiling, sell them next day for a few 100K. I'm sure there will be clauses preventing this, but TAB.

since this is a draft proposal, what are the next steps in passing this?

Firstly I think its a k@k idea, but why would the property price soar???

On the contrary it should plummet.

Also factor in the fact that there are new laws that are being introduced middle of this year that will govern the way that banks lend money, including bonds for property.
This will make it more difficult to get a bond as the banks will have to fully investigate the individuals liabilities first, before granting the bond.
This will put a downward pressure on the top limits that the middle class and below, can prospectively buy at.
Already over the last year the average house price has come down, attributed largely to the interest rate hikes.

Less people will be able to borrow, thus there will be an increase in people having to rent...

I seriously doubt these will be available to presently or previously advantaged. I guess the same criteria to qualify for an RDP house will be used in this case as well.
