Interesting that SACP agrees that BEE is only enriching an Elite.
They do though miss the point – ownership is no guarantee of work that is going to be created. A paradigm shift is required by ALL white and black to solve unemployment. Once unemployment is stemmed, one can work on crime and move on.
It also does not help taking from one group and moving it to another – that is theft and doomed to failure.
