What's up with some dude's sync speed changing? That's not normal man, the ISP (ie. Telscum) changes those details

It is actually rather funny how many times they have messed up these lines lately! Enjoying being free of Telkom for today.. kinda.. West Coast on Vodacom 3G

I've actually had a Telkom Line Techician come and try to fix my line for about 2 straight days. He is really the nicest guy you'll meet, but he can't explain to me why my speeds on everything is a lot slower than usual. I guess that means they don't know about the P2P nerf.

After 9pm, my torrents go from 20kbp, to my normal speed, but the speed dies again at around 6 or 7 am. Its BS, but I guess all the ISPs want you to buy 'unshaped' ADSL accounts for a higher price.

Yay, I found it.

I've got fairly slow international, mostly to New York sites it times out completely. Anyone else?

Edit: seems to have leveled out for now.
