I have a work colleague that picked up a new '24 Vivo last year, I asked him how it it running he told me about the added cost to get floor mats, I didn't believe him, I had to check myself!

Some VW SA exec has been watching too much Fresh of the Boat where Jessica Huang wants a massive discount and free car mats. Made the exec think they can charge extra.

Yikes - a full carpet set for my CityRover only cost £5.00, and the front, rear & boot rubber mats were also all about the same price as well.

Even with DHL shipping from the UK plus SA customs charges, all of these were still less than the R800 cost of just the Polo carpet set.
