Samsung S5 mini - delay before ringtone music plays

Hi gents,

I have downloaded a MP3 from youtube (even tried converting it to .OGG and putting it into the ringtones folder), but the phone keeps on delaying the music from the start of an incoming call.

The ringtone itself starts playing immediately when I test it in the selection of a ringtone configuration, but whenever I get a phone call, I can see the screen is reporting an incoming phone call, but no music plays. After a few seconds it starts playing. :erm:

Any ideas?

Yeah it is I believe.

Crop the MP3. It most probably has a lead in time.

The music starts immediately, it is as if the first second of the audio is super duper low volume (like none).
