Many people don`t know about or remember this excellent movie. I only found out about it the other day when searching for underrated sci-fi movies.

Way underrated imo- The plot outline "A team of astronauts are sent to re-ignite the dying sun 50 years into the future" makes it sound a like a silly disaster movie, which it is not.

Sunshine was really cool, Serenity awesome too (not as good as firefly).

Will watch the other two, they look interesting.

I was one of the lucky ones that saw it way before the Matrix. I do not know if its still as powerful to watch after than before it.

That should get you off to a pretty good start.

I watched Cloud Atlas recently and that was fairly decent, I must say that the new Riddick looks pretty good, may pop to the cinema to see that one too.
