Sentech Problems

Add Sunnyside PTA to the list. Im still not going to phone them since they will do nothing. But if you speak to them or whatever, just ad Sunnyside PTA to the list of those with problems. I would like to know what they consider problematic. Sure, Im getting 4.2KB/sec so maybe thats good enough for them.
 
I also phoned support this morning to find out whats up. I live in helderkruin and the speed recently dropped to sub 5kbs when downloading. The dude on the phone said that there was routine maintainance going on that should be finished today so I guess I'll see tonight when I get home.

Dear granny, please don't be upset, I have been thinking of how to deal with the problem that the Orc's are attending to. Instead of spending more money on the environmental impact studies I propose that we dismember and chop off all trees, so that our smoke signals may be interpreted unhindered from miles away.

The Techies * Orcs * dont know.

If they know(Doubt this VERY much) they wont tell you....cause they dont know why they know, and if they Know why they know, They dont know why they know what the problem is , and sure as hell dont know how to fix this problem they now know that they know about.

It's a sad day, but its true, phoning the support centre is however a good idea, as it increases the amount of people phoning them, meaning there is a problem somewhere....(Although this is Evident in the email replies we get)

Think about when yer Grandma, or your Mom asks you a question about her New *Incredible Corruption* Bought PC. Do you serisouly attempt to explain to her what is wrong with it? Or do you avoid the point by stating rediculous Technical terms, you know in your heart isnt true, but you also know will hopefulyl confuse her enough to stare at you blankly and walk away.

This is what Phone-Techies do all to often.

Phone Techies dont normally have a Serious Knowledge of the system they work with, normally a phone techy is a guy able to switch on a PC and read the Problem Solving Chart Cellotaped to his table... Most likely plays games/chats on MIRC ...to Fat men telling him they are 13 year old girls from Sweden... or very often surfs porn while chatting to you on the phone...it's very sad and over dramatisized(Sp?). But its true.

Make it someone elses problem...Most techies live by this motto.
If they give you the real answer, then the problem becomes theirs. Now, they have to describe to you why and possibly, God forbid , even put you through to someone else, who will in turn come back to *Orcy* and S*** him out for sending trouble his way....Thus it is just so much easier, to get rid of you by giving you a run of the mill excuse, and leave the problem with you "the person on the other end of the line"....who, *Orcy* still doesnt know for sure truly excists , cause *Orcy* watched a episode of Outer Limits just the other day, where they explain that all people that phone Tech Support are infact a Government ploy to keep Techies busy , so that they will not find out what secret research is being done in the basement of their so-called IT Company....

This all went through my head while Waiting for *Orc* to pick up the phone and while talking to him...yet again the Contention ratio was brought up and I burst a vein in my Eyeball...
