Yea the trouble is your cards are sucking in hot air, they are also pretty hot as a general rule, so anything under 90 degrees should be fine.
You would be silly to get a water cooler, sell your two cards and just buy a new single core or even something like my 6990, i don't know what version amd has out like that now.
Is there a reason you are stuck on nvidia, are you an nvidia fan boy cause amd has pretty solid cards out as well.
You could splash some cash and get something like the haf x or something that is made for cooling and has space, you could switch motherboards even, get a different lay out. Way cheaper things you can do, a case is an investment, spend 2k on a big nice case that cools well and it will last you a decade easily. Water cooling for me is expensive and a mission. GPU temps and even cpu temps should be manageable via air.
