Checked the MTN Coverage Map on mtn.co.za and it says there was only EDGE coverage in Langebaan area of the Western Cape, when I went there two weeks ago there was full 3G/HSDPA coverage everywhere. :/

Now I am going to Clanwilliam on the 19th and it says the same thing. EDGE coverage only. Can anyone say if this is the same case as with Langebaan. Why did it not say anyhting about 3G???

I would like to make use of 3G/HSDPA while im there for Video Calling etc...

The network operators prefer a prudent approach when it comes to coverage maps
