Hi More2 .Throttling is a little a different in a sense that there's a threshold that's set before your internet experience starts deteriorating. We can't say for sure why it's taking longer to upgrade the infrastructure. I personally suspect the cost may be too high so it becomes a long term plan. That's throttling when network providers, don't want to pay to upgrade their network
Hey Ysman, Thank you for the feedback. It is greatly appreciated. I will send this through to management as well. I am sorry that you had to ultimately leave us and that we could not improve your services with us in time. I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.Just changed to Supersonic LTE from Afrihost LTE. On Afrihost my speed as per Speedtest.net was ave 4Mbps maybe up to 7Mbps. Just tested my new ISP and Supersonic running on the MTN network twice tested speed of 52Mbps! I am comparing package type with package type here. When I wanted to cancel with Afrihost due to getting almost 80% more data with Supersonic for R50 more, I asked them if they will match, upon which the usual cold dead corpse-agent simply replied: "We don't match opposition packages" Well, bugger off then and also your veeeery slow network. I must say your client user zone/app is user friendly but that is it.
In reading all the comments on here about people suffering, and the promises by AH to resolve this and that...well I say: "You should have fixed it timeously, even before your clients had to complain about it for months, and I like a fool stuck with you for so long." Not good customer interest. And by the way, my internet was still very slow yesterday when I for the last time used your LTE. And thanks for the closed support after hours when most of us need you. ;-)
PleaseHow to do that?
