sms package billing messup

after upgrading my sms bundle from sms 100 to sms 200 MTN failed to update their systems and have been billing me for all sms sent , i have the same problem with my second contract , i am now fighting an uphill battle to get all monies refunded. my SP is MTNSP , thier systems really suck :mad: :mad: :mad:

we do apologise for the amount of time its taking to resolve your query. I know the standard turnaround time to resolve a billing query would be in the region of about 3-5 working days- What i would like you to do is please pm me your cell number and il see what i can do to get the ball rolling a bit faster.
