Hi 
Reaching my 3 Gb cap in the middle of the month, I now sit with an unusual error message. Is it really to do with my International bandwidth ? If so, is there someone (*psss - SAIX SGS) who can contact Steam Powered in the USA, and ask them if its possible to have a local identity server in SA / Africa.
Now, I cant play CS:S, HL2
M anymore... 
I get the following message
' Secure Connection Failed
A connection to the steam VAC servers could not be
made. For trouble shooting network issues, please click
the link below.
Close '
Anyone any info / help on this matter ?
