Anyone else having issues signing up for premium with a Capitec Card?

I've downloaded the app from the Android playstore but I am unable to sign up for premium as none of my cards are accepted for payment details.....

I've asked for help on their twitter handle and they have advised that only international cards will work, which is strange because I did try my Amex card as well and that also didn't work, anyone else having similar issues??

Having issues with my Capitec Card... which works fine everywhere else. My brother's FNB card worked fine.
At first I thought something is wrong with my card, but I bought a domain to test and it worked fine.

No idea where the problem lies.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I've been using open.spotify.com here in SA for over a year literally just with my afrihost ADSL and no ads for free with no ad block. I understand this "launch" allows us to use the mobile app by subscribing but as far as I know the desktop web app has worked for me and a couple of others in SA for quite a while haha. (With lots of South African music too!)

Context is that of my google play, which enables offline use, which I would want. Using the free version now, and already feeling swayed, as they have WAY more of my favourite musician than google does...

Also, the interface is much much better, I reckon.

In fact, there's nothing missing, out of 22 albums, which is amazing!

Well they were, now most of them are gone. (greyed out, if you turn on show unavailable music).

Goddamnit. Well, that's a no-go for me then.

They are missing some albums from artists i listen to.
Sticking to my Apple Music R30 p/m = bargain and all the artists I like.
Only downside is their Apple Music Android app sucks, whereas Spotify Android app works well.
