*sigh*, funny how the avg age of people in #zagamers are probaly like 25+/- and some of them have top IT Jobs. *kids*.
*sigh* (sic) ..you know, if you're going to go for the "superieur" know-it-all in an attempt to put someone down, you really should learn how to use the language properly ..or at least learn to spell/make use of something that does it for you. As it is, at best you just come off as a semi-hysterical halfwit.

If you buy something ofcourse you first read the reviews, but if you think tomshardware.com is a good place to start, you're a n00b once again since Tomshardware.com favours Intel & MS with their ALWAYS BAISED reviews.
And it's a good thing to attack people by way of responding to them? This is a responsible thing to do with the current state of affairs?? How can you not see that now is very much the time to not rock the boat and to at least TRY being polite and mindful of things like "customer service"? (hint: ranting at people like this isn't cool, it's rather less than, well, personable ..if you know what I mean)

Good place to start is andantech.com and they don't take $$$ backhands like tomshardware for good reviews.
Do you perhaps mean AnandTech? Nevermind taking unseemly, rantish potshots; at least make the effort to get the names right; this kind of thing is just sloppy - and just adds to an overall impression of you that's, well, not particularly pleasant. But then maybe you and I just have (vastly) different views on customer service - and I really wouldn't mind, if it weren't for the fact that it takes just one lout on this side of the table to leave a sufficiently bad impression by 'them', a.k.a. 'the buying public' to paint all of us with the same brush.

So, in a situation where the powers-that-be are actively considering shutting down a channel that's implicitly and tacitly allowed by gentleman's agreement, how about like acting like one for the sake of not being shut down ..even if you have to fake it?

As usual your post is articulate, and devastating! :D

Being part of the said "buying public", I would certainly not paint or tar all you selling types with the same brush - us "buying public" halfwits are not entirely stupid and can spot a loudmouth Person-type kiddie from afar. ;)

U don't even need 2 give this 1 a shovel, He's Dug The hole with His fantastic CHARM!

Just because you can't properly use the language doesn't mean it's bad in any way.

And good luck on getting through life without using any English.

I wonder how you deal with English speaking customers then? Do you just refuse to deal with them?

Heh ..and there we have, ladies and gents, the faint whistling sound of 'the point' flying faaarr overhead. Anyhow, I believe I've done what I needed to get my points across to the various audiences here present and particularly hope I've gotten through to them upstairs types.

No, not really. I speak english fluent, they don't even notice that I'm afrikaans. I really don't care about how bad I spell, or my use of concord & grammer. Seriously see the worry in my eye. Just because I know more about computer hardware than all these Gigabyte Fanbois you have to start dissing me on my use of a gay language like English. Pretty sad.

I'm sure we understand "ASK JEEVA" better - we know now he's Special - so lets move on - shall we :)
