noswal, I have direct access to ITC and it costs me R1.50 to do a transaction.
To garp, yes, you can sue those companies for damages incurred re: your financial profile, they inadvertantly hinder you to get future finance with banks and thus cutting your throat financially when it comes time to buy a house or borrow money for your own startup.
Sentech should just DARE touching me on ITC, my lawyers would be so far up their asses they'll taste their breakfast before they do...
If civil lawsuits (like the one in america re: the Janet Jackson thing at the superbowl) is possible, it would be possible to start a civil lawsuit against whichever company if you find enough people and a lawyer on pro bono
