Strange problem with downloads using fibre.

Aaand the problems continue. I have tried all the suggestions here and I still have the same issues whether connected via LAN or WiFi.

I recently opted in to Afrihost's free double line speed offer and the problem seems to have become worse since the "upgrade". I say "upgrade" because the best speed test I've managed to get is 10/14 since the change. If this free offer was supposed to sell me on keeping the change when the trial period expires then it has certainly failed.

I'm honestly starting feel like I had a better and more stable internet experience with my old 10meg ADSL line and crappy Telkom branded router.

The Openserve regrades will update daily and you should be able to get your full 20/20 speeds. If not something is wrong and we need to investigate why. Can you send me a pm with your clientzone email so I can assist?
