From the Striata Reader website they are still developing a version for smartphones:

iPhone and Android versions of the Striata Reader will follow in due course - watch this space!

In the interim, please view Striata encoded documents (.emc) on your desktop PC, laptop / notebook after you have completed the once off download of the Striata Reader.
