What is this obsession you have with me and the words "enlightened" and "liberal". Your definitions of both those words are clearly not the same as mine.

What I would like to know is why mention nazis at all? Why promote their "goodliness," and technical achievements? What is the obsession with nazis and why promote them or their agenda at all? Perhaps the error is mine mentioning "police state," but in fact the nazis weren't a police state they were a racist ideology best exemplified by Israeli (or american) actions in the middle east supported by the likes of alanf (and others on this forum.) SO: on the one hand alanf constantly goes on about 'hitler appeasers' but here he is promoting hitler "goodliness," while bashing the muslims at every opportunity. What then, logically, does this make alanf (and others like him?)

Yes and the 'argument' digressed to humans having freewill and the right to exercise it (which in some views is not a requirement at all.)

No I made no incorrect statement (show it to me!) and your "muslim bashing" is plain to see through endless threads (shall I drag them all up, or is a search on your name enough?)

I have heard that the Nazi's made HUGE strides in medical sciences because they experimented on PEOPLE with no regard for their lives. I have however also heard that the advances they may were nigligible becuase they used to do stupid stuff .. like put a baby outside in the cold to see how long it could live, and put a baby in water and slowly raise teh temperature to what happens

Those things are not stupid. They may have been unethical, but we gained knowledge from their insanity.

So you're equating free will with having a soul, erm, ok, first time I've heard that argument but best of luck to ya on that one.
