So, I had an armed robbery last month.
I've replaced both laptops that were stolen, and want to set them up properly this time.
What do yo find is the best way to sync files and emails between the two laptops.
My documents don't require too much storage space.
I have an MS Office sub which comes with 1TB one drive storage and also upgrade my Google drive account which gives me 100GB - that's prob also enough for documents.
After the robbery, I managed to recover all the important documents from Google drive. Although my main work laptop was later recovered. It's an old Dell Latitude - still works perfectly, but I have decided to clean that up and give it to my sister.
Currently emails are set up in Outlook using imap - although when I log into the VPS I see that mailbox size is growing, which may cause a problem in the long term. A friend said I should look at Proton.
I do need business emails on the phone too - am using the outlook app for that.
