Telkom blocking NNTP servers on Softcap packages

Can anyone confirm if tweaknews is work again on Telkom accounts? I haven't been able to test. I just hoped over to my secondary ISP...

NGN news server is located in the Netherlands (based on IP address).
 
Still haven't managed to try but i think Telkom external NNTP services are working again. I saw this on a post on myBB "search tweaknews".
