Telkom & ICASA Talks

probably never ... telkom is not interested, would be my guess ... what ICASA will do? Shut them down :)
 
I hope this doesn't happen. If it does then I really question the integrity that ICASA has promised. These private talks should've happened before the hearings!! What was the point of a public hearing if they are only going to make decisions in private??
