Depends, I can get to the page perfectly (on iBurst it just takes much loooonger), and when I click submit, it says:

Error
Username not supplied

but I was expecting that Sorry I know that's not very useful, but there you go anyway.

I tried to change the password for my email accounts. No luck, but I am using GMail so didn't bother any further. I have not tried to change the password for my ISP yet!
