TelkomInternet Local/Int Cap December 2007

WTF is goin on with local and Intl,today I just downloaded from local 5GB and I am capped on international :(

i too had the same problem as mr. terminator. got a significant portion of my intl cap wasted on the local downloads. i had seen a thread about splitting intl and local on the router...or something along the lines of that. but now i cant seem to find that thread. anyone know where it is?
and first of all, is it feasible ? or just a beating around the bush?

The thread is here. It works very well - but requires the Linksys WRT54GL router.
