TelkomInternet WoW Latency

I've heard recently that TelkomInternet users have been experiencing considerably lower latency on shaped accounts. Does anyone know if it is the same for unshaped TelkomInternet accounts? If so, what latency are you getting on those accounts?

And does anyone know why?

My connections on Unshaped have been a bit unstable over the passed few days, can be playing on 200ms then it will spike to like 1200ms?

I use Telkom and Mweb as my ISP's. Both have high latencies.

I had really good latency most of the weekend, sub 700ms. Stood stead at 500ms and even 400ms for long periods during Sunday morning as well.

I also hit some spikes during the day, but it's been much better lately.
