You know what I don't get about this ADSL in this country. ADSL is "suppose" to be a always on connection at a set monthly rate.
If this new pricing structure comes in, the above statement is half true. We will now have to pay per usage, which is more or less the same hooking up your modem with "call more" time. Which sounds like me that telkom is false advertising the service, and miss leading to the customer.
