The responsibilities of the role will include:
Operational support and solution delivery
· Resolving incidents
· Investigate and design fixes, test and implement
· End user support (day to day, month end and year end)
· System maintenance
· Troubleshooting
· Management of incident system (ITSM)
· Create and implement functional solutions for system changes SAP Configuration Implementation of Finance Operational Projects such as African Expansion, SAP Upgrade and Restructuring Initiatives Maintain existing data feeds / interfaces supported within Finance Systems Team Testing:
· Unit and Integration testing
· Advising and guidance on user acceptance testing Update existing training documentation Identity system and business gaps and propose solutions Change Management
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification, with 3-5 years business systems experience SAP Support Experience, preferable
Experience in the following modules:
· SAP FICO
· SAP Materials Management
· SAP REFX Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping to trial balance level desirable Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines To be self-motivated and well organised Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attend and participate in SAP related user groups
Strong computer skills
