Yes, I am saying thank you for once. I would like to thank Ed Hall for contacting me to try and resolve my issue.

AMAZING!

For the past 2 weeks i tried to get a statement from them. I phoned and emailed! Note, that when I phoned, I had to give them my wbs email address, but the best part, I had to spell WBS to the person! Sometimes I wonder if they know where they work. So after a few more days I finally got something in my mailbox. It's true: the dead CAN contact us! But, unfortunately, it was my bandwith usage, and not my statement. I can get my status from the website, why the hell would I phone them to ask for it?? Anyway, I got through to a competent person there and she helped me very quickly.

Moral of the story: 90% of the people at Iburst won't be able to help you (even if they try really hard). Just keep trying till you get someone from the 10%.

HAHAHAHA Brilliant! Well I got free minutes so....I guess I could try and try if I ever have that problem...thanks for the motivation.
 
DaGGa BuNNy what wasyourproblem.I'm thinking of getting iBurst myself,but what sort of problems do you have with their system?
 
Well, i had the problem where the install set it up badly. I had poor customer service. but overall if u find a sweet spot ur speed is INSANE. if not ur screwed
