The body, the almost perfect machine.

Not really. Your claim still isn't supported. All you clarified was that you won't claiming that they block UV light. Even taken to mean that you were just referring to the vessels and their capacity to nourish the retina your claim is still bullschit.

No, you are actually being dishonest. You asked me the same thing in comment 51 and I replied in comment 55. :p
That's what I mean by "already been through it"

All you've "been through" is that you weren't saying the vessels blocked UV light. You still claimed that we need blood vessels in front of the retina to maintain it/protect it or whatever and this claim is still bullschit.

Read post 59 and you'll see how I address it.

Healing is definitely imperfect. Besides not being able to regrow appendages, the body cannot even properly heal any substantial injury well without assistance.

The large volume of Ceasarians are purely due to convenience for mother AND gyne.
Back and joint problems are caused by bad health, obesity and lack of proper posture and excersise.
Our teeth deteriorate due to modern diet and lack of care. Sharks bite EVERYTHING 'cos that is mainly how they check to see "what it is".
For caesarians profit also plays a role I suspect.

You don't need bad health etc. to have back and joint problems. That's because standing upright is difficult. And we're not perfect machines.

Our teeth would typically have received little care, so if we were a perfect machine they would survive without special care.

tonsils are used by infants.

the appendix injects useful bacteria back into the gut after a serious gastro-intestinal illness.
No appendix = eat lots of yoghurt.

foreskin = pleasure

What about toe nails...I can understand fingernails as these are useful in tearing things or grabbing on to things, but toe nails in a species that runs is just wasteful. These are not strong enough to protect the toes and can only hinder running/walking.

So why then do we have hair on our legs?

Not strong enough to protect the toes? :wtf:

You ever met someone that has lost all their toenails? I have and I have been assured that it is an uncomfortable experience. Whenever someone treads on your toe it is very painful.
