The thing is though that these locations are already covered by ESO. ESO is so big now, and occasionally I would play it, but almost nobody I know here plays ESO.

That said, there will be more than a 1000 years between ESO and TES 6. Assuming that they will continue onwards.

I only mention this due to the game taking so long to develop whilst ESO kept on expanding.
 
But mind you, Sentinel doesn't really fit based on previous titles. Morrowind and Skyrim are the names of entire provinces and Oblivion is the name of the entire Daedric realms.
 
The Elder Scrolls VI: Dominion has a nice ring to it I think. It's another contender on socials. Sounds better than Sentinel or Redguard.

Can also picture people calling the game just Dominion the same way people called the previous games Morrowind, Oblivion or Skyrim. Sentinel or Redguard not so much. But I'm just daydreaming now :p
