Apparently, my grandmother went to school with your favourite South African Communications Minister (yes, I do have some South African blood flowing through my veins!) and as she was watching the news about some IT thing in Botswana, I happened to say a slightly unpalatable thing about Ivy when she came on the telly and my grandma wondered why.
