a legal and small torrent i could find was KL codec pak 3.10 Full - 13.9MB total

my results:

11:15am sunday
4096
openweb - 30G allround access (is shaped)
5KBps / 15KBps / 20KBps
...

this has been from 1aug2007 all sudden drop and shaped to death...

strange enough its all my torrent related apps yield exactly the above picture from File Planets downloader to WoW's updater
