In all due respect you are correct however, some people are getting great local speeds and horrible international speeds, our proxy help this and at night is not restricted on some of the packages.

I also dont get it. When its slow I cant even get 4KB/sec to my email. But at normal times I get good speed internationally. Perhaps that is a way around the congestion between 10am and 12:30am..
