Transfer contacts from Nokia to iMate

I've had it with my Nokia N70, which is to cell phones what an IBM PC running at 4.77MHz is to modern PCs...

What is the easiest way to transfer my contacts from this useless brick to my Imate?

Assuming you have a computer.
1. Sync N70 with Outlook (using PC Suite)
2. Sync Imate with Outlook (using Activesync)

You will loose some stuff like caller groups but the important stuff like phone numbers and e-mail addresses should transfer just fine.
