Tytn Buttons

Hello All

I have an HTC Tytn and the buttons that are used to answer and put down calls i.e the green and red buttons, are not working.

Any advice??

try rebooting it (using paperclip hole)

if that does not work, take out the battery for 20min's and try again, but before you try that, make a backup of your data onto a PC or Micro SD card.

Soft boot and hard boot both done

Eish, not working

take it back!!!! hopefully you not with nashua mobile.

Take it back is about the only advise that I can give.
