That is a can of worms.
Most of these bandwidth hogs need an investigation. The guy might be up to no good and that is the type of guy you'd prefer to be on someone else's network.

Well I should keep myself far away from this thread then.

Seeing as ISP's don't pay price per TB used but more on price per MB of speed used or rather the average of that. Then your yearly Nas ID which is yearly also not to forget Icasa which for basic licensing is every 10 years. Oh don't forget you need your IP's which is helishly expensive no ways a smaller isp can afford.

Most of the time collocation is kak expensive but when ISP's rub shoulder that price is shared and not as bad. Imo

Edit: could be somewhat incorrect on one or 2 things but that pretty much sure that the costs excludes equipment, labor

If a household had 5 people watching netflix for 24 hours a day they would use 12TB per month.

To get to 40TB you need at least 20 people watching non-stop. The only family that large lives at nkandla.

Alternatively you can have some twat using his link to P2P share an IMAX version of Top Gun Maverick just because he can and in no other way contributes to the betterment of mankind except stealing oxygen.
