Unit8200 and the Tech Industry

I am currious as to why Tech startups by ex Unit8200 personnel become so succesful.

What kind of stuff is taught there?
What are the possible reasons for the success?
Are there other private instutions that offer similar training?
Does the Unit8200 learn on tools/equipment generally not available to civilians?
Are ex Unit 8200 personnel able to access funding because of their Jewish background?

It doesn't look a coincidence that ex unit8200 personnel retire and go for tech startups.

Also... the Illuminati require a base qualification in units 8200 and 7121, (or 3497 with a 6091 elective), before even considering applications....
