Unreal Tournament

OOHH the joys of UT. I had so many mods for that little game, my UT folder ended up being about 3GB. For that time it was HUGE !!!!!
 
i love ut, i even break a sweat playing it, its the one game where i am just the best! and i mean the best, i would like to enter some kind of tournament or anything!

boy, u don't know what your messing with, i've won every single lan session i've played for the last however many years since we had p3 450's with voodoo2's playing this game! i have no reserves in telling you i'm farking good at this game!

eye_suc, you going to be playing UT2K4 online? The first week is always the hardest ;p Was for me...

I now have the occasional good round. Perhaps its when all the n00bs are playing...

hehehe, dunno where i gonna squeeze the time in, but ja, i would love to give it a bash. just have to dust off the old ut discs and reinstall a fresh copy...

oh, the reason i wanna start playing online instead of just at lans is because of that betting system that will be implemented soon. will be a site were you buy credits, bet them on matches that you take part in and try to win the pool. dont know the exact dynamics but it sound really damn cool.

anywho, will mebe come get a whipping from you guys this weekend :) my name aint EyeSuc for no reason! but its all in good fun ;)

well, the cool thing, is there are also duel servers. A 1 vs 1 game. You can challenge someone and meet them there and have upto 8 spectators watching you.

now if only i still had a copy of this game installed on my machine, sure i can dig one up around here somwhere, never played a 200 man lan game, about 30 is where it tops out!
 
online the server starts lagging at around 22 - 24 players. its a huge difference online compared to a LAN ;p The competitive side of it is alot higher.

dust off a copy and come try it out.
