upgrade my imate sp3

i have an old imate sp3 and am very haapy with it. I am due for an upgrade (after number portability of course) and would appreciate advice on newer models of smartphones. I don't really need a keyboard and stuff, just to sync EASILYwith pc and have bluetooth, GPRS etc. also must not be too big. someone suggested the sp5. any inut?? thanks
