Yep the paste did it. Its been running a few hours stable now. Last night I was typing on my mobile (gprs) so thank goodness I can again use my PC. I just did a speedfan test on the temperatures and they range from 35-50 on the HDD and CPU. The GPU is a bit hot at 65 but that's usual form me, so it seems everythings back to normal. Amazing was a little paste can do. And yes, it beeps once again on post
