Saying inactive isn't anti-competitive though :)
 
I'm keen to see what the Consumer Protection Act does with this practice! I'm pretty certain it'll say you bought a cellphone, they sold it to you and so they must repair it!

All of the dodgy gym contracts will fall by the wayside, this has been pointed out by lawyers already!
