VDSL from an in-door MSAN.

Is it possible to get VDSL from an in-door MSAN?
Could @ranger or @TelkomZA (@MickeyD even?) shed some light on this pls<3

Basically I'm in the Eldoraigne complex that is FTTH enabled but I can't get VDSL because the Telkom person using his incredibly accurate query tool says it shows him an error when he checks my max line speed.....

So I drove to the Telkom building that the techies were working on again and asked, got told to ask their call centre who couldn't even tell me what speed I was currently on, let alone if I could get VDSL.

I'm on 20Mbs ADSL2+ and the 1Mbs upload is killing me when more than 2 people try to stream while I play CS

What can I say to be put onto VDSL modulation? They don't seem to helpful since their tool isn't working when they query my line

It will depend on the cable infrastructure within your complex. You cannot get VDSL without a copper cable.

I already have a 20Mbs ADSL2+ line, I need to be put onto the VDSL modulation. Problem is my estate is Fibre enabled so I don't know if Telkom will let me use VDSL so they can drive up FTTH adoption

Your ADSL2+ might not be running off the MSAN but off a DSLAM or IMAX back at the exchange. The FTTH could also be running off a fibre directly back the exchange.

If this is the case then you won't be able to get VDSL.
