vehost down ?

Many sites are down, I see complaints on social media reporting others having the same issue,
https://status.ve.host/en/ shows even their name servers are down along with many cpanel and directadmin servers
can their company rep just let people know whats going on ?

I spoke to livechat now.. and they cant tell me anything. they cant even tell me whats wrong. just that they know theres an outage and they have no ETA. Can their company rep let us know whats happening ? I asked them if this is a hardware outage or a configuration matter or if this is a disaster just the same answers "We doing our best to resolve this matter ASAP, and will update you. Apologies for the inconvenience" and "We are still looking into this" and "At the moment I can't give the ETA, but our technical support is busy resolving the issue ASAP" just looking for communication. I cant really give any of this feedback to any of my customers.

Based on information from some of our clients that use them their dns servers seem to be down at the moment.

I’m pretty sure they are trying their best to get things resolved as soon as possible.

Wish them the best, not Lekker at all
