video card driver probs

hey hoping sum1 can help me out

i managed to built up an old system which has on onboard gfx card. cept i got no clue what so ever what card is on the board so i cant install the appropriate drivers for it .. is there a program that can tell me what gfx card it is ?

Or look at the motherboard, have a look at the model number on the board, and google it

Or go to the Motherboard's manufactures site and check the driver downloads there.
