Hi there all,
This question is actually targetted at MTNBB - but if anyone else has advice, that will be great.
I received my phone yesterday and tried to download one of the newsfeeds on the news and information section on the MTN portal(4PM) - I got an error message saying that the content response size exceeds my limit - what the hell did that mean??
Then last night at about 9PM I get 8 SMS's telling me go and downloa my content - now I see that the same video is ready for download 8 times - does that mean I got charged 8 x R10. If so how do I rectify this because I shurely didn't try to download the same video 8 times.
Anyway still cant get it downloaded cause I am getting the same error message.
Please advise.
