Virgin incompetent call centre

Its just been my experience... I've called them probably 10 times or so.

One things that really irks me is Virgins' version of the 'data' help centre. They log the problem then they call you back - you cant actually speak to someone there and then for anything other than basic stuff. I logged something on saturday, but no one has called me back.Also, I think it was last week that i also logged another query, which they did phone me back after, i think it was 2 days or something, which, doesnt cut-it. A day or 2 of waiting is really not up to scratch, we (i'm sure i speak for everyone here) need instant help for our problems.

The problem i logged on Saturday was to do with email, pop3 settings, and the call girl help chick didnt know what i was on about...

Other times that i spoken to the call centre people, I sometimes left wondering, or thinking ' these people must be vodas and mtns rejects'.

I'm a fan of virgin, but the call centre is a little virgin itself.
 
I called the call centre this evening, need help to load airtime and they say they have a problem,they'll call me back.Two hrs has past still no airtime loaded.What's with the call centre?

Well i did not have major probs with the call centre,they helped me out...on the basics yes. Also did not get that promissed call back. This forum helped me out quicker than they did!Thx! :)
 
You can avoid the call centre and call the data centre directly, their number is 011-676-5115. This is not toll-free.
