Is there sumthing wrng with my settings?i doubt it cos ive checked them over nd over and hav checked them with the settings here.I stay in durban.Thanx

Im an idiot,i dnt think i activated the sim properly,i only made a 2sec call wen i got the sim,i made a 10sec call earlier and now wap works.

I also came across the same problem yesterday evening when I was directed to a cell c page when I opened my browser.
That is kind of weird - like a sort of spam.
The message on the page was something about my airtime that is low and that this page cannot be opened.
It was weird because I still had a lot of airtime available at that stage.
I really don't like that and have a question mark about that incident.
What does cell c to do with my airtime in any way?
That sort of message should be from virgin mobile?/ directed to a VM- website rather?
Anyway I just restarted my datacard and the problem was over.

CellC page

Hi Andrew,

I am really sorry about this. Obviously since we use the Cell C network, we are affected by this. I have since raised a change request to ensure we have our own message.

May I ask you to PM me your details so I can look into the fact that you did have airtime, but still got the page.

Once again, my apologies, let me know if you continue having this problem

Gerald.

Gerard thank you for the reply.

Gerald, I had enough airtime at that time when it happened.
I have even checked my airtime on MyVzone at that stage after I have restarted my PC.

Well since then I had no problems with cell -c pages popping up telling me that I do not have enough money - you have made it clear to me what the situation is.
