Visio Equivalent for OS X

Hi Guys, I have to draw quite a few diagrams in Visio at work, and would really like to start working on my iMac at home... Anything that can do something similar and save to VSD as well?

Opens / saves to VSD and there is an IPad app as well.

Btw I'd suggest you watch the video section on the link I gave you, for 2 reasons, one to see how the app works, and two to visually see the difference between the standard and pro versions (you would need the pro version to read/write Visio incl. Visio stencils)

Dunno how good it is but Dia can export to visio .vdx
