Yesterday night my trustee SE V600i wouldnt charge! (shock horror) so off a go to Vodashop Shelly Center today to see what the problem was...
So after some fiddling it was determined the charger (which is less than 3 months old and had only been under my bed in that time) is at fault and a new one was needed! and alas Vodashop could not help me there...
so off i go to Vodacare in Port Shepstone. Explaining the problem to the lady behind the desk... she take the phone and offending charger into the back room to confirm my problem. on returning it is confirmed that the charger she is broken.
so anyway i am told that they do not have any in stock and i must wait a week for a new charger (why they dont have Sony Ericsson chargers in stock is beyond me) so i ask her "so how will i charge my phone then?" reply: "i dont know".
So anyway my dad just about had giraffe... so she called the Owner/Manager guy... 2 mins later i had a loan charger and a new charger was ordered for me. THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!
